A Little, lets just say 0.0001% effort, is 110% better than Nothing/Zero

If you so please . . . please double-check the Math. Thank you :)

It infinitely better than zero mathematically speaking.
Sir Håvard Pedersen,

So that would suggest, mathematically speaking in terms of any necessary action(s), little effort is infinitely better (wow) than the absence of any effort.

In addition/likewise, small actions allows one to more readily 'check'/recover/reverse, etc. from any 'infinite missteps.'

Most assuring, thank you very much . . . made my day :) . . . thank you.

As such, if conclusion is inaccurate then please remove from 'La La Land' correction. Thank you, Sir

Ps. In the hopes of extending/giving credit where credit is due, this concern/question was prompted by GTD Coach, Kelly Forrister . . . kudos to her GTD professionalism!
