"example how used note book and (laptop for reading E-book kindle)"
Where basically I have a type of desk which is maybe 1 and 1/2 meters by 1/2 meter, which is cluttered, laptop placed on it, then I am holding a note book sheet in one hand with a pen, (holding not on the desk, using the laptop - maybe even with just one hand at times.
Maybe other users reading this could help other suggestions how to improve?
Should I analyse what's the best technique for using laptop at desk?
is it 1) - having note book on desk, writing notes (when not using keyboard, then also using the keyboard with two hands [when also trying to highlight, and write notes on the kindle e book version?
I could title this 'analysing desk space organization or studying at a room on a stool with a desk - is there a better way to ergonomically position my body and the objects within close quarters
Ergonomics, also known as human factors or human factors engineering (HFE), is the application of psychological and physiological principles to the engineering and design of products, processes, and systems
