- where I wrote the note in the picture (end line quoted:
"example how used note book and (laptop for reading E-book kindle)"

Where basically I have a type of desk which is maybe 1 and 1/2 meters by 1/2 meter, which is cluttered, laptop placed on it, then I am holding a note book sheet in one hand with a pen, (holding not on the desk, using the laptop - maybe even with just one hand at times.

Maybe other users reading this could help other suggestions how to improve?

Should I analyse what's the best technique for using laptop at desk?
is it 1) - having note book on desk, writing notes (when not using keyboard, then also using the keyboard with two hands [when also trying to highlight, and write notes on the kindle e book version?

I could title this 'analysing desk space organization or studying at a room on a stool with a desk - is there a better way to ergonomically position my body and the objects within close quarters

Ergonomics, also known as human factors or human factors engineering (HFE), is the application of psychological and physiological principles to the engineering and design of products, processes, and systems1730638304581.png

This is David's set up in 2008. I get the impression it is more simple now. For me I just have the inbox and one action support folder and a few current reference folders (5). And I handle the incoming stuff exactly like this video.

I have 3x5 note pads I use for input. One idea per sheet and goes in my inbox just like the video. I don't usually do digital input because I don't have to move screens on lap top. 1730762936082.png

Herein,
what showed picture of here
is very similar to 'hipster PDA'

wrote about from [https://forum.gettingthingsdone.com...ing-to-overcome-problem-of-digital-gtd.18698/]
which V says:

"the Hipster PDA (said to stand for "Parietal Disgorgement Aid" and often abbreviated to "hPDA") comprises a sheaf of index cards held together with a binder clip."

[https://www.bing.com/search?q=buy+h...04C988C3FA1F7091DF9&FORM=QBRE&sp=1&ghc=1&lq=0 -] if you search the terms into a browser it seems like hipster PDAs are no longer things sold by popular companies on the internet such as amazon? But - there a type videos coming up like "hipster PDA hacks" or "DIY hipster" for example.
