Android Email Client

I have recently set up the Apple Mail desktop client to collate my email from the various different email addresses that I have. I would like to do the same on my Android phone.

Would you be able to recommend an email client for Android? I don't need calendar integration or anything like that. The one thing that would be nice is a PDF preview.

I need it to work with IMAP, Microsoft Exchange and GMail.

I can recommend the Outlook app - it will meet your requirements

Thanks for the recommendation. I'll keep Outlook as a fallback, but I would rather something else.

I should say that I have tried Thunderbird, but the mobile client does not support MS Exchange.

For smooth Exchange integration, the classic app for Android is Nine by Nextintelligence. It’s a paid app, but very reliable — I used it for about 5–6 years before switching to Outlook.

Thunderbird. Plus you can integrate with almost any other hardware you want to. I'm in the process of switching from Apple Mail (for the last <mumble> years into Thunderbird because data I saves in its format years ago is still accessible. No other mail app has that longevity

Unfortunately, Thunderbird does not support MS Exchange on Android.
