are there any gtd templates for teh journal?

Could you clarify the question?

You can buy a set of GTD Templates that summarize many of the key areas of GTD. See the Products section of the website.

The RoadMap seminar gets you a very in-depth workbook to go along with the fantastic presentation.

But I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for.
