As appropriate dynamic control usually sufficiently soothes the soul for mind like water, thus, one's GTD imperfect best engagement usually seemingly suffices to benefit one for at least some degree of for mind like water by 'escaping' to one's life ?

Seemingly coming up 'empty' handed through GTD sounds like another very good starting point in tides-&-waves of life ?

Inconsequentially fast . . . consequentially slow . . . while reflecting on the reality that everything can have potentially compounding effect(s) ?
Perhaps most beyond the age of majority can appreciate ?
