I just wanted to let you all know that there is a handout (a few slides) that goes along with the 3rd episode of Creative Questioning. You can download the What's Important Matrix over here in the member's Whitepapers.
What did people think of this latest question? It certainly provoked some thought in me! I realize that in the past few months I have been getting really focused on my higher level game (20,000 ft. plus and especially 50,000 ft principles and purpose). So it was a nice reminder to think about what's important to me and to important others in my life using this matrix. It's an extremely simple model, and yet effective for me to get my thinking out of my head and onto a piece of paper.
Would love to hear from all of you on this, too.
