CRM or lead tracking?

Dearest GTD Hivemind,

My firm, which is mostly me, is about to enter a new phase and I'm going to be juggling a lot of leads, networking contacts, and projects with pieces delegated to contractors. I am pretty good for project tracking, but how am looking into method or tools for working leads and tracking progress on the development of relationships. It seems a bit much for @agendas. Things like Salesforce seem to be way more than I need. I uses OmniFocus on iPhone and Mac, Gmail for mail and calendar. Any ideas?
