I just downloaded a demo of this. It is a very basic ToDo list which displays a list with checkboxes. There are two views -- all the unchecked things and all the checked things. It syncs via their servers to the iPhone. Both apps can be tried before purchase but the list is limited to 10 items. $5 for the Mac app and $2 for the iPhone app.
Obviously you cannot do GTD on this but occasionally when I have a lot to do I like to make a check list for today and this would be ideal for that.
