I'll echo @mcogilvie and ask what you are trying to do.

Personally for me neither is useful at all, Evernote is cloud based and a roach motel for your data with it nearly impossible to extract back out in the same format you entered it. A non-starter for me for anything.

Notion is also cloud based and is more of a linked note and project management system but not necessarily really for GTD.
