I would like to share my current gtd workflow set up for iPhone.
I had double groin hernia surgery recently and I needed to figure out a way to travel as light as possible so my system became primarily digital/mobile. Not just my list manager, that actually stayed the same, but the capturing and processing is what changed for me and lightened my load.
Ive attached an example of an item that I sent all the way through the natural planning model. And here’s a link to doc with the same image but annotated with the workflow steps.
