File dividers? Just file Ball after Art&qu

For index cards there are dividers. But at OfficeMax I don't see any dividers for files unless you use hanging folders. Any thoughts?
 
Take a cheaply made hanging folder, wiggle the hangers until they slide out, slap a labelled tab on it, and tape the top edge shut?
