Thanks for the "Monkey Mind" link! Based on a brief read of the first few paragraphs, I've just printed it off for a thoughtful read later.

In several of her books, Natalie Goldberg uses "Monkey Mind" as a way of talking about things that block the creative process of "Wild Mind". It's a metaphor that I really like, and that resonates well for me.
