Mr
in this previous thread I uploaded [https://forum.gettingthingsdone.com...-originating-from-daniel-f.18689/#post-145903]
I will try to upload edit in ASAP afterwards a longer version (which is a bit more off topic - where basically share more in real life about how I came into contact with this person called Daniel F, an author of a chelation book he wrote , how I relate to him and how it applies to GTD etc.
' and I feel it makes sense to upload it up to "public: Discuss tools & software for GTD" section because I am writing about types of tools to be used about this topic of manging passwords , or actually , that in the end I also feel the best solution to these two threads - was mainly to use one type of digital software for manging passwords.
It makes sense to include the entire original e-mail writing.
Is my first e-mail:

"Hello Danny
by conscience(typo) I quickly saw and read your emails sent me toady when first received them
I quickly download this app you sent me (while not in the right mood/zone - I could just download it again on second phone...
The app looked very professional after the first introduction I listened to and then clicked off. I see that it had alan watts in it, that is person I am interested in
Where did you hear about this app from? Why did you think of me to send me this recommendation
"I was having thoughts (which might not make any sense to you) asking you stuff like: (related to paranoia/nervousness?)
Do you have any recommendations for a system of keeping passwords use for technological devices?
For keeping track of banking?
One of my thoughts was this: I created a type of account on Facebook where I am going to copy and paste everything I use my laptop for (like sending this email for example).
Why? Because of how I feel?
Where I have symptoms of lead toxicity so my concentration is crap, short term memory * * "
to an e-mail he sent me titled "Wake up!"

To continue from the last email, I have indeed been doing some research for you. I found you the perfect thing you need for your quest to be more spiritual, your quest to be able to stop worrying, to be more decisive, to be calmer, happier and more awesome than you already are! Oh yeah!
So it’s an app called “Wake Up”. It is a meditation app. It has a whole heap of different meditation programs to try out. And it has a load of talks, podcasts, lectures all about meditations covering loads of different angles. I have used it a bit, but I’m a bit advanced and don’t really need things like this anymore. But it’s perfect for those just starting out on their own spiritual quests!
It’s quite big, I mean there are loads of meditations, of all different lengths, and a lot of content, talks, articles from some pretty knowledgeable meditation people. I was quite impressed. I hope you like it. I immediately thought of you when I had a look about the app.
You get 7 days free at first…so don’t even start it until you are in the right mood/zone to give it a try.
All the best
Danny

Tim, hi again
I heard about the 'Wake Up' app from a friend that I met on the 10 day vipassana meditation retreat I did in December. Afterwards about 40 people formed a WhatsApp group to help each other continue to meditate daily. One of the ladies, Maxime, told me about the app. Said she loved it and I should give it a try. I did try it but honestly I’m a bit advanced for it. I have been meditating for over 20 years now and I’ve ready many books about it too. But I immediately thought of you and your desire to become more spiritual, and so I sent it to you. I thought it would be perfect for you. Lots of details and meditations and talks from nice wise people.
You can ask me anything about paranoia or nervousness. I have experienced them all, but not anymore. I am a very decisive and confident person, but I wasn’t always.
For example assume my base word is : Superbanana
Base number 7
Company name: amazon
Therefore password for amazon is : Superbanana7amazon
If was my bank it would be : Superbanana7santander
If was Argos it would be: Superbanana7argos
Note: one of the letters needs to be a capital letter, so I just use the first S as my capital letter.
Note: sometime they need a special character too: so I add # at the end.
There are various apps on iPhone and my laptop, but I generally use my system as it’s easily rememberable.
Any variation of the above will be fine: just remember your base number word or words.
Superbanana is not my base word)))
I used to have terrible short term memory issues, thats why I kept a journal. You can do the same. Make if public if you wish, or private just for you. I still kept my journey and write it almost daily. It massively helps me keep track of what’s going on. I encourage a journal of some type. Certainly a private for you only as a minimum. Then you can write anything you like and don’t have to worry about typos, spelling or what anyone thinks.
All the best buddy, hope you are having a better start to the year than me.
I then sent reply E-mail
