How can I get rid of this in-box bottleneck?

Katherine, that's like waiting a while to write meeting minutes. The most cringeworthy NA currently on my list is writing minutes from 12 single-spaced handwritten pages. For a meeting held in May. :(
 
Logictech Digital Pen and OneNote

Ckennedy, I am using OUtlook 2007 for my GTD and am beginning to use OneNote as support to Outlook. Your comments about the Logictech Digital Pen interest me. Amazon has a lot of bad reviews about it. Can you tell me a little more about how happy you are with it and if there are any drawbacks.
