How do you know it's ALL out of your head?

We've been carrying stuff in our heads for so long, how do you know you've gotten it all out and into the system?

How to know

The moment you stop worrying about whether or not its all out of your head!

How to know

p.s. That moment doesnt usually last very long... :!:

I'm having the same problem. It's driving me nuts. Not good, I suppose.

Personally, i know that it will NEVER be ALL out of my head, as my brain is too active.
To me its a PROCESS, that will never end.
But when "all" of it is written down, there is a sense of Peace Of Mind, for a while.
Personally, i could "never" get it "all" down.
But its close enough for Jazz!

Whenever I pick up a subject and start mulling it over again

and again, and again, I just tell myself, "It's in the system!" Meaning that it's time to start thinking about something else.
