How does Bill Gates organise his time and what tools does he use? Any articles on this?

I think Bill Gates has more than one multithreading processor and plenty of non-volatile RAM in his head so he is in a different league than mere mortals.

Somewhere in this forum there was a thread about note-taking and someone described Bill Gates' method of note-taking.

The biggest advantage Bill Gates has is that he doesn't have to spend time on anything that doesn't seem important to him. He can pay people to take his car to the garage, do his laundry, clean his house, pay his bills, do his taxes, filter his email, and all of the thousands of other things that clutter up most people's lives.

The biggest disadvantage he has is that everyone wants a piece of his time. While he can say no a lot, I'll bet he has to say yes more often than he would like. For instance, the various politicians in my state couldn't care less about my tiny little business, but every politician in Washington State (and quite a few in Washington, DC) wants Gates's support for his favorite pet project.
