How to change Contacts fields in outlook 2000

Hello to all!!
Does any one know how to change or add fields to the 'Form' View of contacts (the one after doble clicking on a card showing General, Details, Activities, Certificates, All Fields. It seems like adding/changing filds in the 'Custom View' does not make a difference
