How to deal with unknown deadlines

manynothings

Registered
Hello,

Where should unknown deadlines be placed in the calendar (there is something due at a date, but I don't know which date)?

Thanks,

manynothings.

If there's no date yet, I wouldn't put it in the calendar--unless you're saying that you block off time for it, like "the convention is sometime in June, so don't make any unbreakable commitments in June"? Then I might create a calendar item across all of June, sort of like entering a vacation.

If it's not something like that, I'd create an Action, "Find out the dates for the convention," in my lists rather than in a calendar.
