How to plan?

Hey guys

I have all the contexts set up in a notebook.

I find it difficult to plan. Here is what I do. I try to plan three days in advance. I start looking at one context and try decide which one is prioritized. Then by the time I change context tab the previous items has escaped my mind.

Hi Travello,

It seems you need to be able to see your lists all at the same time. If they are in your notebook this is not possible.
Another think I advise you to consider is not having too many projects in work at the same time. It seems too many topics may mess you up.
You could perform your weekly review more often. This would allow you to actually know what is on which list. I assume seeing all lists at the same time helps you more.
