How was the call quality?

In a new GTD Perspectives post — "How was the call quality?" — there are four questions to ask yourself about the quality of your meetings.

1. Do people arrive to your calls on time?
2. Are people prepared for your calls?
3. Does everyone stay focussed in your calls?
4. Do actions get clearly assigned in your calls?

@davidcoforum Asking is one thing but doing something about it is the difficult part. My take on this is following:
1. Close the door of the "meeting room" on time and don't let the late ones in (except for CEO and firemen ;)).
2. Exclude from discussion people tho are clearly unprepared.
3. Exclude from discussion people who are not interested. It's easier to do it when the meeting is focused on one narrow topic only.
4. It's your duty as the meeting organizer.
