I think this article was interesting from Wired -- https://www.wired.com/story/focused-startup-productivity-coaching/ -- on a new company working on helping people complete tasks using a combo of group and 1on1 coaching. I like the part of taking away someone's phone so they could get focused on the project they were trying to complete.
