Mac/iOS GTD solution with Local Syncing

Any recommendations on GTD tools that run on the Mac and iOS and have local syncing? Most tools are cloud-only which means they can't be used in most corporate environments (OmniFocus 2 is headed in that direction, hence my interest in alternatives).

It needs to be a non-server based sync (e.g. no WebDAV), direct between devices (iOS to Mac and Mac to Mac).

Suggestions welcome!

If you have a NAS at home/office, they can often be set up as your own webdav server, so no cloud involved.

I run Omnifocus with local synch only.
