More Efficient Meeting Notes Form

As a technology manager I'm in a lot of meetings. Recently I designed my own notes form to help me be more efficient in my note taking process as well as organizing my notes in way that allows me to quickly move any Actions from the meeting into my Outlook Actions list.

I've blogged about it and you can download the pdf for what I call "Quad Notes" at http://ejsvoboda.com/?p=125

Nice!

I really like the format. Thanks to you, I am now using a single grid with a similar layout as a template for taking notes on my Tablet PC. :)

Thanks for the kind words. I'm happy to hear that you were able to use the form as inspiration for the tablet. Having a dedicated notes, questions, actions, and summary section really makes my review of notes much more efficient.
