'my new rules' for habit of a daily 6 point list. version 1

inbox/action list/project list,etc.

@fooddude shared before we don't need a inbox
It depends. If you feel you need it, you can give it a try.
But if it doesn’t live up to the effect you’re hoping for, then there’s no need to keep using it.

@Food @fooddude said the best might just be- paper for tasks,
For me, notes in Obsidian are easier to search through, and they offer better privacy protection.
For instance, some of my notes contain personal or private matters. With paper notes, I might accidentally leave them on someone else’s desk, which could lead to others reading them—something I’d rather avoid. But my electronic devices are password-protected, and I always have them with me, so that risk is minimized.
Ultimately, it really depends on your personal circumstances.

it was just entirely this 1 picture - I think
maybe what @fooddude was suggesting I do before, even in my simplest binder system - would be actually something - for next actions use different pages for each context - is that right?

I have posted my system in apple notes. This was a quick example of what my system would look like on paper. This was when you wanted to change from digital to paper.

You can have a digital inbox. I don't because I use someday maybe as an inbox. That way I have eliminated an extra list. And anything that would be an active project moves to the project list. If it isn't it would stay on Someday/maybe until I acted on it or got bored and deleted it. I also have a 3x5 notepad next to my laptop. If i have an input i might quickly write it there and put it in my physical inbox til processed. I write one thought on one 3x5 note. In apple notes I have one note for someday/maybe. One note for projects. One note for each context and one for each agenda. I have 10 total notes for GTD that is it.

because I don't know what you are talking about.
sorry - i was just angry?

which is probably why I 'talked' (wrote ) badly cluttered,

but - I have belief in myself - I can make you understand the 1 thing/question,

basically was this

1752511808835.png

I took a picture - after I tried to put your idea into practice of doing 'simple GTD
with NA and projects only-

that was a picture of the next action page - where,
'for some reason - I wrote the acronyms (of the project) to which the task was related to (on the page - then immediately reacted - I'm not sure that's actually most effective way of using writing on paper sheet (why I reacted by taking an immediate picture),

and - I think (from - or I could try to quote you from the past again (but would have to find it ,

"maybe what @fooddude was suggesting I do before, even in my simplest binder system - would be actually something - for next actions use different pages for each context - is that right?"

"I was just writing about this topic - wanting to feel like - I am making a type of ' cleanest tidiest form of formatting writing (thats most space effective etc,

if you don't understand anything in this 1 post here @fooddude -please write the direct writing you don't understand - and i would be willing to go over it?

thanks for getting back?
