Just wanted to get some reviews from others --

Do you use a networking site -- like LinkedIn, Ryze, or Zerodegrees? Any experiences to share? Helpful? Not helpful?

Do you use CRM software to keep track of your network? Or MS Outlook? Or just an old-fashioned paper book?
