Our firm may soon have the opportunity to tender for a costing study of catering services provided by a railway company.
Although we are specialists in the principles of costing, we do not have access to any specific case studies regarding profitability or otherwise of onboard railway catering.
Doe anyone know of any links that might lead to appropriate sites? Or maybe there are specific text books that may provide this information?
