Off Topic: the best resourses for a manager

I'm a newcomer and find this forum really interesting and helpful in applying GTD to real life. I've just got a new top managerial position in a company and would get more experince in the field. Could anyone share the best books, sites or other resourses on managing people like GTD in the field of time management?
