Online shop for A4 file folders, 1/3 cut, Europe

After searching for quite a while online, I did not find any online shop (nor offline) that sells, in Europe, tabbed file folders (1/3 cut) as suggested in GTD and in the General Reference Filing.pdf (page 2).

I know they can be bought in the DavidCo webshop, but to import 200 à 300 folders to Europe is quite pricy (import taxes). Plus: on the DavidCo webshop these do not exist in A4.

Can anyone give me an URL of a webshop in Europe which sells A4 tabbed file folders, 1/3 cut.

Thank you in advance!
