I don't have any other answer. I just take it one day at a time. Just focus on 1 MIT every day. I get into the habit and get a streak. When I can consistently do 1 MIT a today, I can try and do 2 MITs a day. Sometimes I keep it going. Sometimes I miss a day. But I always keep trying.
