Just wanted to pass along an Outlook tip that has been working very well for me. I know David wants us to work from "Email empty" inbox. But I found that just because I took care of an emai, I could not be assured that I would need it for later reference.

So I created a folder in Outlook entiled: Processed. And I set up a rule to copy every email that comes into my account into the proccessed folder. Now I can open my inbox, read, act upon and delete the emails when I'm finished. And if I ever need to refernce one of the emails later, I know that it will be in my Proccessed folder.
