I have set up the projects as contacts methods of bill kratz (wonderful) BUT anyone know a way to see which projects have a n/a defined as an activity in table view of all projects?
When I used this system, I set up a task view in Outlook called "Weekly Review" which grouped the tasks by contact and showed all completed tasks as well as incomplete tasks
You can then see if there are any next actions associated with the project.
It falls down when there are no na and no completed na either - they won't show up in the grouping.
