Phrasing projects with outcome statements vs. verbs

I prefer the second vision even if it is just the result of twisting...

I know that some perceive a big difference between the two, but to me they are equivalent. If you rephrase it a big more, say, to "Tasty meal on the table" or "Fed and rested, ready for anything" it begins to be more significantly different than just "Cook meal".
