Is there a guru of project management? I get that I'm supposed to reference complex projects in the task list, but then that project lives somewhere-- MS project or otherwise.

Can anyone recommend a training class? Is there a David Allen of project management?

There are many aspect to be looked over. Such as how many employee working, their delegation, Approving Plans, Implementing Designs, Frame work of inputs and outputs etc etc.
Certainly this can be calculated by the budget of the project.
