Question for those who use OneNote

On your Next Actions list, do you simply list them on one page, or do you have a separate page for each action? Listing them on one page is simpler, but I see some advantages to having a separate page for each action (e.g. being able to drag and drop pages from one section to another). So I'm curious what others who use OneNote do.
