software for flashcards/rubrics?

Any one used any softwre for making flashcards?

Also, many schools use a rubric for grading ( edu-speak for qualitative scales with descriptions of various degrees of accomplishment or preparation or whatever). Anyone actually use a rubric maker?

Anyone created a rubric for evaluating his or her own GTD implementation?

All thoughts appreciated!
