Stopping Junk Mail and Catalogs to Help the Inbox

(Accidentally posted this in the wrong forum, so I am posting a similar one again here. Apologies, I am new!)

I have been a David Allen follower for about 3 year and am a big believer in it. At first it was all about processing my inbox, but now I am trying to stop unnecessary inflows at the sources. I have to give a plug for www.ByeByeMail.com that stopped my junk postal mail, catalogs, those Valpak coupon mailers (which I learned you can get online for those of you who really want them!). I hope this tip helps people!
