I am reading the book "Take BackYour Life" whichwas recommended byGTD to implement Outlook and GTD. There is discussion in the book on outling projects w/ due dates and using Excell or some kind of format to measure the progress. They call it Metrics. Does anyone have any suggestions on Outlining and organizing projects. Does anyone know much about Microsoft Project?[/i]

GTD is for Getting Things Done rather than for project planning. Sally McGhee approach is tool-based (how to use Microsoft tools for GTD-like system) while David Allen aproach is tool-independent (just pure methodology). Because of that there is so much discussion about different methods of GTD implementation on this forum.
