the most basic starting point for a weekly review for people who don't feel like they have energy or time for it

GTD post literally drafting planning while having low energy levels weekly review

Giving examples

  • Since x time maybe 5 five days now since previous day off time - I remember I watched a video "mind sweep" which I could hyper link L - *1
Where - it gave the most basic level of mind sweep - and I was thinking - is it actually beneficial to do this with a weekly review for example? Key question
Then other thing - was giving sort of description of where I'm currently at with weekly review, example what did in last , wone - the points where I ended up stalling for example *2

Then 3 third - idea giving example of a questions format of 'most basic level of WR ' which was given to myself:
1738084735023.png
Which I have a printed copy off.
*1
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0NbCu-VkWxM - is a video which I though seems to share about mind sweep in the most simplest way, which I have never actually probably seen any other persons share about on this fourm.

So in revision - these two resources which just shared here - could or can be used for myself by myself - to try get myself "in or try form habit" of the most basic steps of a review - instead of just giving up on it altogether.

*2 example would be
I look at pointers - from type of printed sheet asana guide (which gives steps for weekly review), given to me by @René Lie in the past - over the steps physical gathering, getting empty or in to zero , mind sweep, checking or reviewing calendar and then looking at longer larger lists for example

'should I upload this now?
title could be - the most basic starting point for a weekly review for people who don't feel like they have energy or time for it.

Hi, Tim.

I watched the video at your link. What a cute animation! The mind sweep is presented in a very clear and simple way, as you mentioned. That makes it easy for me to understand. I like this clarity.

I have been thinking about you because you said in one of your posts that you feel depressed at times, and that reminded me of something. I once had a dear friend who mentioned that in the past he had suffered from depression. He said he had discovered a book that helped him recover, and that changed his life. My friend spoke very highly of that book. I wonder whether it might help you, too.

@gtdstudente

Great quote!
This is disturbingly true for many people who get caught up in unhealthy habits unintentionally and find escape extremely difficult.

Hi, Tim.

You are doing fine. All is well.

Some say that if we slow down, and if we stop rushing and pushing ourselves, and if we do only one thing at a time, and if we expose ourselves much less to the computer screen and all those dopamine hits, and if we focus on deep work, as recommended by Cal Newport, we will be much less stressed, and we will feel much better, and we will be able to get more done, and our natural rhythm and our peace of mind will be restored.

Correct. In my opinion (others may differ), we can do a lot of things one after the other, and we can keep switching tasks and overloading ourselves with too much at once, but (with the exception of certain automatic habits) we cannot do more than one thing at a time, so multi-tasking is a myth. It is a self-defeating expectation that can leave us stressed with a scattered mind, unable to get our stuff arranged so we can find it and understand it, and unable to be present to the moments of life that matter to us.

Best wishes,

Emily

Right - I would like I - to say that I agree with this sentence? that its best not to focus on multi tasking
said that the 2 sentences quote above actually aren't correct in my UK grammar however ?
