'"thinking to do with my brains ability for caputring things out of my control such as waiting fors "

‘Had idea to upload thread also about this topic picture PLEASE SEE PICTURE ATTACHED AT BOTTOM

‘Which is writing in the ‘Inbox’ section of my paper binder.

Maybe I had this vocal thought happen after either listening to person Leo B write about “capturing “ differently in his book. *
Or looking at some different recommended resources on GTD .
Such as podcast article SHARED BY @Mrs-Polifax ,Where were going through steps of a weekly review...

One of them is ‘get in to zero’ Or ‘empty your head’ - with A DESCRIPTION SUCH AS maybe generic terms such as “clarify all outstanding documentation material [which hasn’t been written or documented with your tools basically] .

Or empty your head description actually states ‘ clarify any uncaptured new projects, action items or waiting fors [what I am specifically writing about below] is there a way for me to try to systematically categorise all my waiting for’s for things - which are worth while “I could try list them all right now such as : Amazon (companies to do with finance) or other “people” -which is a tab/section on my paper binder which have no data/creation/s with - thinking right now are these the two main sections or categories to which can determine all waiting fors -what do you think?

But what I had an idea to specifically focus on from the writing of this picture actually is ‘capturing things specifically to do with deadlines’ -such as things you are waiting for ( on other people

i WROTE at the end about anxiety, because thought that's what this specifically relates to as a human - we get worried about "commitments" to do with due dates specifically for example

https://forum.gettingthingsdone.com...-of-making-a-new-paper-gtd-binder-with.18706/ - this post is very similar to this thread "
STN or maybe @cfoley also
