Ticker file to email

Are there any stand-alone Mac applications that have a ticker file functionality, which sends scheduled emails? Preferably something that works when offline and can be opened with a keyboard shortcut.

Not sure if it is what you are after but the standard Mac Mail app now has the ability to schedule emails.

I’m not familiar with how it works but just wanted to flag it in case you weren’t aware.

I actually find one of the coolest features about outlook for mac is it can schedule send emails and you do not need to be on the computer for them to send
