Too many emails to process--how do I transition to a CRM?


Hi GTD Team,

Veteran GTDer here. I've zeroed out my inbox almost every day since 2008. However, I'm running/growing a business, and I'm now tracking so many emails (in Outlook) that my system is getting swamped. Like 100+ emails in @Call/Email folder and just as many business emails in @WaitingFor.

I'm transitioning to Zoho CRM to track calls/prospects/clients/etc. Does anyone have experience dealing with a similar problem or transition? What did you do? Thanks for your insights!
