new software on T3

The T3 and TE have upgraded versions of the basic Palm address, datebook, memo, and todo. Some popular features added by 3rd party software are now built-in on those models.

Still 16 categories only!

They upgraded PIM functions considerably but the number of categories in each application is still 16. The number of possible contexts for GTD is still limited and one must use third-party software.
