Where in GTD book does David talk about trustworthy systems?

Hello all,

I remember reading in the book where David speaks about having a system that is trustworthy, but I cannot remember where. IIRC, there were 3 things that one had to have/do.

1) Completeness
2) Reviewed enough
3????

Does anyone know where in the book David talked about these things?

Thanks,

Joe

Couple of places:

Page 13
Managing commitments
" . . captured in a trusted system outside your mind . . .that you know you'll come back to regularly and sort through . . ."
" . . . clarify exactly what your commitment is and decide what you have to do . . . to make progress toward fulfilling it."
" . . . keep reminders of [actions] organized in a system you review regularly."

Page 54
"clearly defined outcomes (projects) . . .
next actions to move them toward closure . . .
reminders placed in a trusted system . . .
that is reviewed regularly"

So I think the one you're missing is "clarified - what you have to do to make progress toward fulfilling it"
