Worthy GTD "Capturing" tip?

When "Capturing" . . . either during the "first pause" or at the end of the "Capture" . . . consider adding today's date/date . . . perhaps even location . . . both; plus other input(s) one deems 'unworthy' . . . might add some future opportunistic understanding . . . how and when did that 'impulse/prompt' happen . . . for growth a.k.a. 'expansive intrinsic space that can come with healthy GTD Areas-of-Focus 'guard-rails' for . . . insights/knowledge/perspective(s)?

When life throws one lemons . . . whether they be . . . desirable or undesirable . . . are for 'squeezing' in order to make the very best lemonade possible?

I think there is a balance to be struck. Sometimes extra information can be useful but feeling like I need to add it all the time will make capturing feel like a more heavyweight process.
