coming back to this:
an opportunity (which you decided not to take action YET), is stored in the someday-maybe list ("a potentially good idea")

Once you decide to pursue the opportunity, you run the clarification process aand create the next action(s), and usually a project.
It is no more an opportunity, but a project.
