thats what i normally do - cardio about 15 K steps before my first meal in the middle of the day

its all messy cluttered in my room , I'm not tracking all the paper stuff in my room right now

Good job in walking . . . your doing better than many

Keeping things tidy can be challenging

One Notebook was suggested to help keep things tidy

However, perhaps two Notebooks might be a trusted system without overwhelm

One Notebook for Projects

One Notebook for Contexts done inside your home

One simple sheet of paper for Next Actions to do outside your home to eliminate any concern of losing a Notebook and plenty of space for Capturing while out-&-about . . . don't forget a pen or two with sunglasses :cool: for eye health

Continue helping yourself . . . your doing a good job
