GTD rutt “per say” - symptoms of autism ASD - Asana list manager messy or cluttered- looking for new list manager suggestions "

If the goal is to be as digital as possible, then the answer is to use digital tools. If I may be so bold, I would suggest a bolder goal such as living the most fulfilling life as possible. You seem to be having success with your paper binder at the moment.
"but I also feel as if it has certain limitations - and have words of a goal in theory I want to have the digital skills or training to be entirely digital like someone intellectual after I've mastered ZTD ? " s
I would urge you to enjoy your paper binder instead of looking for yet another tool.

right what would be easiest ?

Like learning to master a keyboard; control comes before ease ?
If so, then control could also be deemed as the primary concentration/focus for a satisfactory GTD system outcome to happen / keep happening ?

Meanwhile, perhaps, if interested, two difficult questions could be productively answered :
What is one's understanding of 'control' . . . what does 'control' really, really mean for one's GTD system ?
What is one's understanding of 'easier' . . . what does 'easier' really, really mean for one's GTD system ?

Is it really possible to be the best GTDer one can be without answering those two questions ?

As you see GTD fit. . . .

There are alway problems, may be focus on how you can fix them one by one beginning by the most important.

right one of the problems - was actually I felt like - is actually using the format of the paper binder correctly, the a4 lined pages

I could - try to show pictures to show what I mean, if you further reply here

or even - that started using binder in a certain way which is not recommended (based on my ideas/impulses - sort of adding extra pages out of place, writing out of place)

or just putting things in wrong section

- I would think that's all the problems so far?

"beginning by the most important."
It wouldn't help if I wrote how do I figure that out? "

are you saying you must first master the control of a keyboard (such as QWERTY touch typing?) before able to use it with ease?

Yes!

adding to paper binder the sections mentioned from this chapter which hadn't got such as @ personal... ' adding on to some maybe or I's - about getting a mole skin for lists or looking at different list manager right now - probably not worth if prevents from doing tasks ' WE?'

Im not sure it would make sense for myself to get a mole skin? actually - if using the paper binder folder in my bedroom
because I can use that for my lists?

In this chapter from what I understood Leo - suggests using six only type titles/contexts names in "the setup" - which would equate to Next actions section in my paper binder - right?

is that how you would see this

To put some day or maybe as your someday or maybe - right?

This information here, was key for his previous chapter ' plan' and the habits - of septically writing out your MITs etc "

Hi, if you are having trouble with your binder, try labelling sections clearly and only adding pages where they belong. To figure out what’s most important, think about what needs your attention first or helps your goals the most. Review and tidy it often to keep it organized.

When I did paper this is how my project list and @phone context would look. List of projects. And the very next action on my @phone list. This is an example. But you can see I have "settle Mom's estate" on projects. And then a bunch of other random projects. Then I have the very next action "Call attorney who has mom's will" It's on the @phone list because I can only make calls on the phone. You will have a bunch of other @phone next actions for other projects like I do. That's how you move the project to completion. One step at a time. As I said this is an example so projects and next actions are random. If you are doing paper, You would have a page for each context. When you are done with the next action, cross it out. When you get done with the project, cross it out.
Look my GTD is super simple. Most people go thats it? Yes it is.

Hi ,

the information you shared in this post reply - is related to something which could be worth while to myself to-do

and is related to what Leo B - writes in his book chapter or habit 5 ' master to-do or simple trusted system' ? says voice

I appreciate yourself sharing these images of your set up with pen/paper -but at same time have thoughts like : feel your handwriting isn't the most eligible.
-you just show two sections

'ideas occurred:
1 it could be worth myself show type pictures of my paper binder - with types of sections in it which have been not used e.g. empty since making it [or address problems of use]

1) then take them out etc - or put them pile them out -pile them.

-"try to fine tune my paper binder entirely to just 'what I am actively using engaging in'

What else over? - types pages-papers which have lots written on also not actively engaging in
