You are not understanding what I said.

Any place that has lots of potentially important and critical data, like passwords, is going to be a target for hackers. The issue is the storage of things that matter to you and can affect your wellbeing that is the issue not how much you have or do not have. I'd argue that it's even MORE important for people of modest means to be concerned about data breaches of their data becasuse they stored it in places that are major targets simply because they have less to lose.

If you are Bezos or Musk or Gates you don't care because if you lose a few hundred, or thousand or more dollars due to data loss you can afford to pay folks to chase down and clean up the mess. Folks with less spend an inordinate amount of time trying to get back to a stable state and any loss is magnified. The less you have the more important it is for you to control your own data and guard your resources carefully.
